This is a fully on-site role based out of the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.
JOB SUMMARY:
HCW Hospitality is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic execution of our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital marketing, technical SEO, and website optimization to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost engagement for our portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and event venues. This role will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns aligned with HCW Hospitality's goals and values.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify link-building opportunities and enhance domain authority.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue across HCW Hospitality's properties.
  • Optimize campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels, including Google Ads, Meta platforms, travel sites, and SEO.
  • Identify and collaborate with authoritative websites, bloggers, and influencers for link placements.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithms and SEO trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to recapture potential guests who have engaged with the website but have not converted.
  • Implement geofencing strategies to serve location-based ads to potential guests near competing hotels, major event venues, or key attractions, driving foot traffic and bookings.

Content Management:
  • Blog Writing & Optimization - Create and optimize blog content based on press releases and information provided by the VP of Marketing to enhance SEO, showcase brand expertise, and engage target audiences.
  • Content Syndication - Distribute valuable content across multiple platforms to gain organic backlinks.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization - Identify high-ranking keywords and integrate them naturally into content.
  • Assist with the creation and curation of engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to travelers.
  • Assist marketing team to maintain consistent and accurate property information across all platforms and digital channels.

Emerging Trends & AI Integration:
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI-driven content creation, voice search optimization, and chatbot marketing.
  • Explore new digital marketing opportunities and interactive content to enhance guest engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and SERanking.
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns and achieve KPIs, such as website traffic, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Monitor and evaluate link-building efforts to measure SEO impact and improve strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Website Optimization & Development:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites across Squarespace, WordPress, and other CMS platforms, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing team, to implement website enhancements, updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
  • Manage website content updates, SEO optimization, and digital best practices to improve search visibility, engagement, and performance across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and user journeys to identify opportunities for improved navigation, conversion optimization, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Monitor website performance and implement recommendations to enhance functionality, accessibility, and overall digital experience.

Social Media Management:
  • Assist with social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and impact.

Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and property stakeholders to ensure team members achieve proficiency in digital marketing tools and best practices.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the execution of the digital marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy and link-building, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads are a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
