Job description

Experience Without Limits
Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what's next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

We are seeking a Content Creator to join our Creative team and help bring brands to life through dynamic content for live experiences, campaigns, social platforms, and short-form editorial storytelling.

This role is ideal for a hands-on creator and editor with strong visual taste, social fluency, and the ability to translate a creative vision into polished content. The Content Creator will partner closely with creative leads, designers, writers, producers, and strategists to develop content that supports brand experiences before, during, and after the live moment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience creating and editing social-first content, branded video, short-form editorial, and campaign assets. They should be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and have a strong understanding of how AI content creation workflows can support ideation, prototyping, editing, versioning, and production efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Great work

  • Create and edit dynamic video, social, and short-form editorial content that supports live experiences, brand campaigns, pitches, and post-event storytelling.
  • Partner with creative leads to execute content against a defined creative vision, brand platform, or campaign idea.
  • Develop content for social platforms, digital channels, event environments, pitch materials, sizzle reels, case studies, and recap assets.
  • Edit content with a strong sense of pacing, music, typography, transitions, narrative structure, and platform-native behavior.
  • Help shape how a live brand experience shows up before, during, and after the event through content capture, social storytelling, and modular asset development.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, strategists, and creative technologists to ensure content is polished, brand-right, and production-ready.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to support creative development, including image/video generation, editing assistance, storyboarding, transcription, versioning, concept exploration, and rapid prototyping.
  • Adapt content across formats, platforms, audiences, and delivery needs while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
  • Stay current on social trends, editing styles, emerging platforms, AI creative tools, and new ways brands are showing up through content.
  • Manage multiple assignments, feedback rounds, exports, file organization, and delivery specs in a fast-paced creative environment.

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if…

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, video editing, social content, branded content, advertising, experiential marketing, entertainment, editorial, or a related creative field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or Media Encoder preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social-first and short-form content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Experience creating polished content from raw footage, creative direction, scripts, references, or loose concepts.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted content creation workflows and how they can improve speed, range, prototyping, and creative output.
  • Strong visual taste, editorial judgment, and storytelling instincts.
  • Ability to take direction while also bringing proactive ideas, references, and creative solutions.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands, industries, timelines, and content formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through from concept through final delivery.
  • Experience with live events, experiential campaigns, on-site content capture, or brand activations is a plus.

Key Skills

  • Video editing and short-form storytelling
  • Social content creation and platform fluency
  • Brand and campaign storytelling
  • Editorial pacing, music, and visual rhythm
  • AI-assisted creative workflows
  • Content versioning and adaptation
  • Live experience and event content
  • Collaboration with creative and production teams
  • File management, delivery specs, and export workflows
  • Fast-turn content development

Role Within the Creative Team

The Content Creator will be embedded within the Creative team and work closely with creative leadership to bring ideas to life through content. This person will help increase the speed, quality, and scale of creative output across new business, campaigns, live experiences, and post-event storytelling.

This role requires someone who is both a maker and a creative partner — someone who can execute with craft, move quickly, understand the bigger brand story, and help transform live experiences into content that extends their reach and impact.

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
