Job Title: Creative Services Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid, Houston, TX (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Start Date: ASAP (mid-August preferred) Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $55/hr - $66/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the operational hub of the client's Creative Services team, driving high-stakes creative projects from intake through final delivery with a focus on business development support and executive stakeholder management. Job Summary Manage assigned creative projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, owners, dependencies, and approval paths are clearly defined and maintained. Partner with business development and marketing teams to coordinate pursuit materials, pitch decks, proposals, qualifications packages, and other client-facing deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between business development stakeholders, creative teams, and graphic designers to align priorities and keep workstreams on track. Translate broad or ambiguous business development requests into clear creative briefs, actionable deliverables, and defined review paths. Facilitate project kickoffs, status check-ins, review meetings, and closeout conversations while tracking feedback, revisions, and approvals. Identify and escalate potential delays, scope changes, resource conflicts, or approval risks before they impact deadlines.
