What You'll Do

In this multi-faceted position you will:

- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted partner for assigned clients, from discovery through launch, and beyond.
- Lead client meetings, develop client strategy to achieve their goals, capture client projects and deliverables, and translate needs into actionable plans for the internal team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across design, content, web, and digital projects.
- Provide hands-on support,Β  strategic and creative direction, timelines and deadlines in partnership with internal teams.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing and advertising campaigns (social media, email, digital advertising, websites, blogs and more).
- Track client initiatives, monitor performance, and provide measurable results.
- Support development of proposals, contracts, and out-of-scope estimates.
- Contribute to strategic planning and campaign performance reviews.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related marketing, brand, or account management experience.
- Agency experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Strong project management skills; strong organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities day to day.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to adapt across diverse industries
- Working knowledge of both traditional and digital media, including social platforms and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software.

- Experience with business development, including complex proposal development, strongly preferred.
