  • Build, test, deploy, and analyze email campaigns and automated workflows
  • Manage website publishing, user experience, SEO, and ongoing enhancements
  • Monitor channel performance and use analytics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Help establish best practices across digital platforms and support content repurposing initiatives
  • Contribute to the work of the broader Content team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong technical fluency in WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems and contact-data integrations, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms, ActiveCampaign preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically XD, a plus
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. The firm’s total compensation program includes an annual base salary, an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, a remunerative long-term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; a flexible spending account (FSA) program; and access to various wellness and employee assistance programs.
