They focus on ensuring content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards. Their work often involves collaborating with writers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, and interactive features. Digital Content Designers often work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI designers, developers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and engaging content. They participate in brainstorming sessions, share design drafts for feedback, and adjust their work based on input from stakeholders. • Asset & Workflow Management: Be responsible for the end-to-end asset lifecycle. Manage file sharing, revisions, and brand libraries to streamline design delivery across teams.
  • Trend & Platform Awareness: Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats to continuously improve content performance.
  • Multi-Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight live-production deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design and video editing experience, preferably within a live content, broadcast, media, sports, entertainment, or digital marketing environment.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, aligning directly with live event production needs and professional sports schedules.
  • On-Site Event Readiness: Proven ability to work on-site during live events, providing real-time graphic updates and fast-turnaround editing under pressure.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, video editing, live event materials, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.

  • Design Fundamentals: Excellent visual storytelling, motion design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong Communication, time-management, and collaboration skills to thrive alongside fast-moving production teams.
Preferred Qualifications
