Intern, Digital Marketing
Do you love social media, digital culture and creating engaging online experiences? Are you curious about how brands connect with audiences across digital platforms and eager to build your skills in a fast-paced agency environment?
As a Digital Intern at Zeno, you will support our Digital team across a variety of client programs, helping bring digital communications strategies to life. Working alongside experienced strategists, creators and account teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in social media, community management, content development and digital communications while contributing to work for leading brands.
This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, collaborative and excited to learn. You'll have the opportunity to build practical agency experience, explore emerging digital trends and develop skills that support a career in digital communications.
About the Role:
  • Community Management & Social Engagement: Support community management across social media platforms by monitoring conversations, engaging with audiences and helping maintain each client's brand voice.
  • Content & Digital Communications: Assist with content development, social media publishing and day-to-day digital communications activities across a variety of client programs.
  • Research & Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media, digital culture and emerging platform trends, helping identify relevant opportunities and insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Project Support: Partner with account teams and digital specialists to support project coordination, research and the successful execution of client work.
  • Professional Development: Build your knowledge of digital communications, social media strategy and community management while learning from experienced team members and contributing to a collaborative environment.

About You:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, digital media or a related field.
  • Passion for digital communications, social media and emerging platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in creating engaging digital content.
  • Curiosity about social media trends, online communities and digital culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools or content creation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and support team success.

Pay Rate: $18.00 USD/hr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
