Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

As an R&D Chemist you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges
  • Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs
  • Evaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for cost-savings opportunities
  • Providing technical support to manufacturing
  • Publishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customers
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalent
  • Have 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience
  • Knowledge of inkjet printing processes
  • Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills
  • Be Proficient with record-keeping
  • Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skills
  • Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge & experience with UV curing processes and formulations
