The successful candidate will work directly with our retiring production artist during the transition, providing valuable hands-on training and the opportunity to learn every aspect of our workflow before taking over the position.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

The Person We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced production environment
  • Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Takes ownership of their work
  • Is dependable and self-motivated
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoys solving problems
  • Communicates well with customers and coworkers
  • Is organized and able to prioritize constantly changing workloads
  • Has a good sense of humor and works well with an experienced, close-knit team
Work Arrangement

This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate.

Remote work is available after training and once you're comfortable with our workflow. During the transition period, regular time in our Addison facility will be required to learn our systems and work alongside our retiring production artist.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

If you're looking for a position where your skills truly matter and where you'll become an important part of a company that takes pride in producing exceptional printed products, we'd love to hear from you.

Flexible work from home options available.
