Within the Development Division, we specialize in the marketing and sales of exceptional new developments, luxury residences and branded residential projects throughout South Florida. 

The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Marketing Manager - Development Divisionto join our growing Development Division marketing team. 

The Senior Marketing Manager will have a dual role:independently managing a portfolio of assigned new-development accounts while providing leadership, guidance and oversight to junior marketing team members on select projects. 

Working closely with the VP of Marketing, this position is responsible for translating project strategy into organized, high-quality execution across multiple marketing channels and initiatives. 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience inMiami/South Florida new-development marketing, strong project management skills and the ability to confidently manage developer relationships, sales teams, vendors and internal stakeholders. They should be highly organized, proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. 

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take greater ownership of client accounts and begin taking on broader team leadership responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Account & Project Management 

  • Independently manage the day-to-day marketing needs of a portfolio of assigned luxury new-development projects. 
  • Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned developer and project stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain project marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables and action-item trackers. 
  • Coordinate and manage project meetings with developers, sales teams, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders. 
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes and action items and ensure timely follow-up. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. 
  • Proactively identify project needs, potential challenges and opportunities and bring solutions forward. 
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with approved strategy and brand standards. 
  • Support projects through various stages including pre-launch, launch, sales, ongoing marketing and project milestones. 

Marketing Strategy & Execution 

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for assigned projects under the direction of the VP of Marketing. 
  • Translate project positioning and marketing strategy into actionable campaigns and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate initiatives across digital marketing, social media, email, print, events, broker outreach, public relations, sales collateral and other marketing channels. 
  • Review and provide feedback on creative assets to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and alignment with project strategy. 
  • Work closely with the internal design, digital and social teams and external agencies and vendors. 
  • Support market research, competitive analysis and audience development. 
  • Monitor marketing activity and performance and identify opportunities to improve results. 
  • Help ensure that project marketing remains aligned with sales objectives and current market conditions. 

Team Leadership & Mentorship 

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship and support tojunior Marketing Managers and Coordinators on select accounts. 
  • Help junior team members prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and navigate client requests. 
  • Review project timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure work is progressing appropriately. 
  • Serve as a resource for junior team members on project strategy, client management and marketing execution. 
  • Help establish best practices and consistent processes across assigned projects. 
  • Escalate challenges, resource concerns or performance issues to the VP Marketing . 
  • Lead by example and contribute to a collaborative, accountable and positive team environment. 

Client & Sales Team Relationships 

  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with assigned developers, ownership groups and sales teams. 
  • Participate in developer and sales meetings and provide marketing recommendations and updates. 
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand project priorities, inventory, lead-generation needs and market feedback. 
  • Ensure marketing activities are responsive to sales needs while remaining aligned with the overall project strategy. 
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients regarding timelines, deliverables and next steps. 
  • Build confidence with clients through strong organization, responsiveness and consistent execution. 

Budget & Vendor Management 

  • Assist with the management and tracking of assigned project marketing budgets. 
  • Coordinate quotes, approvals, scopes and invoices as required. 
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors, agencies, media partners and other external partners. 
  • Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality expectations. 
  • Escalate budget or scope concerns to the Marketing Director. 

Sales & Business Development Support 

  • Assist in preparing marketing strategies, presentations and recommendations for prospective clients. 
  • Support broker events, sales missions, roadshows, project events and other marketing initiatives. 
  • Represent ONE Sotheby's International Realty and its Development Division professionally in the marketplace. 

Reporting & Administration 

  • Maintain accurate project trackers, calendars, budgets and marketing documentation. 
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting on project activity and performance. 
  • Track marketing deliverables and ensure outstanding items are followed through to completion. 
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation. 
  • Provide regular updates to the VP Marketing  on account status, priorities, challenges and opportunities. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong experience in luxury residential real estate and new-development marketing. 
  • Prior experience marketing new developments in Miami/South Florida required. 
  • Experience working directly with developers, sales teams, agencies and vendors. 
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously. 
  • Previous experience mentoring, training or providing oversight to junior team members strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with luxury real estate, hospitality or branded residences preferred. 
  • Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong client-service and relationship-management skills. 
  • Ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution. 
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, social, print, events and sales initiatives.
