The Senior Digital Media Advisor is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's digital strategy across web and mobile platforms. This product role partners closely with Marketing/Communications, Technology, and Customer Operations teams to design scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience, drive growth, and support enterprise initiatives.
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, this individual translates business strategy into actionable digital experiences, leveraging data, market insights, and emerging technologies to meet evolving customer needs within a healthcare insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Experience
Define and lead omnichannel digital strategy aligned with enterprise goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Drive experience-led solutions across web, mobile, and social platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and measurable impact.
Apply user-centered design principles and data insights to optimize customer journeys and engagement.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, IT, and Customer Operations to design and deliver scalable digital capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital strategies across web and mobile channels (public-facing/authenticated experiences).
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, retail or similar
  • Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.

Preferred
  • Prior business strategy, customer experience, or product management experience for large scale digital applications and mobile technology
  • Experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
