Sales Associate

Michael Hohl Automotive Group is a trusted, multi-line dealership serving Northern Nevada. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building a team that shares our passion for automotive excellence.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. Our Sales Associates are the first impression customers get โ€” and we want that impression to be outstanding. We are looking for motivated, personable people who are excited about building a career in automotive sales. No prior auto sales experience is required; we will give you the training to succeed. What we cannot teach is drive, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help people find the right vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot with a professional, welcoming approach

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, understanding their needs and presenting the right options

  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools

  • Work alongside the sales management team to present and negotiate pricing and financing options

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role preferred โ€” automotive background not required

  • Strong communication skills and a naturally positive, energetic attitude

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward personal goals

  • Comfortable with digital tools including CRM platforms and email follow-up

  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
