Responsibilities

The Related Ross team is looking to hire an experienced art director to manage and execute all design-oriented projects. As a leading real estate company focused on developing, owning and managing best-in-class properties across all asset classes within Palm Beach County, including mixed-use destinations, office, residential, retail, hotel, experiences and community, we have a strong and growing need to create exceptional branded marketing pieces and presentations to further our business goals.

This role will support all of Related Ross’s efforts including branding for the corporate entity, creating materials to support marketing, sales and leasing efforts, branded materials for our various properties, internal and external digital presentations and multimedia targeting prospects, current tenants and residents, the general public and potential partners, plus customer experience materials, templates for digital and print communications, design comps for premium items and design comps for websites.  

A graphic designer who is dedicated to the Related Ross Office Collection, reporting to the art director, will support this role.

Agencies are often utilized for property branding, particularly for office and residential; the art director will be involved with agency briefings and presentation of work, offering direction, as needed.   

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the brand identity for the Related Ross corporate entity
  • Develop digital presentations to support overall business efforts including office leasing, partner pitches, community outreach etc.
  • Create digital and print marketing pieces for our various businesses and properties
  • Participate in art direction for branded flim work
  • Oversee photo and video shoots supporting corporate design and brand work
  • Create ads for print and digital publications across all lines of business
  • Contribute to brand efforts by developing logos and other brand identity and design elements, communications templates and signage templates for properties and specialty projects
  • Develop design comps for digital media including web microsites
  • Other special projects, as needed

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in graphic design and art direction
  • Expertise in concepting and executing all aspects of graphic design pieces – including print and digital – from start to finish, including print production oversight
  • High level of proficiency with all standard design programs including Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Canva and Figma
  • Strategic and creative thinker – with respect to both design and overall approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; well-developed presentation skills
  • Self-starter – proactive, resourceful and flexible
  • Superior organizational skills and confirmed multi-tasker
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Skilled collaborator who works effectively across multiple departments and external parties
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fine arts
