Reingold is a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA. For more than 40 years, we've been driven by a simple mission: to help organizations -- whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector -- as they strive to make the world a better place. We hire top-notch talent to develop and launch compelling, inventive communications campaigns, leveraging the latest technology and digital media strategies that enable our clients to meet their audiences where they are.
We're proud to say we've built a team of curious, passionate pros - from marketers and tech wizards to designers and strategists - who love what they do and bring their A-game every day. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe great ideas come from collaboration, humor, and a little bit of fun along the way.
When you work at Reingold, you get more than a job, you get a community. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, a dynamic hybrid work environment, a vibrant workplace and growth opportunities in a variety of specialty areas. That means when we find great people (and they find us), they stick around for the long term.
That's where you come in. We're looking for a digital analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to help lead the delivery of data-driven marketing strategies and digital analytics solutions for clients' websites and mobile apps. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
Here's the work you'll do:
Essential Functions:
  • Understand clients' goals and translate them into analytics strategies for measuring the effectiveness of digital experience and marketing initiatives, as well as analyze data to provide insights into the performance thereof.
  • Lead the rollout of analytics solutions on clients' digital platforms using tag managers or similar technologies (e.g., Adobe Launch/Data Collection, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager) and, where applicable, manage integrations that include various data sources.
  • Lead the adoption of technologies to automate data collection and reporting processes, as well as manage data warehouses while ensuring data fidelity.
  • Integrate AI into the daily workflow where appropriate, to streamline processes and strengthen insights.
  • Design and document digital analytics solutions, working closely with developers, content creators, and outreach specialists to ensure that requirements and dependencies are delivered accurately and in accordance with digital analytics best practices.
  • Spearhead the adoption of analytics best practices across the organization, with a focus on scalability and data privacy.
  • Bring data to life through compelling storytelling, turning complex analytics findings into clear, actionable narratives that resonate with a range of audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Help internal teams and clients feel confident in data-driven decisions by presenting insights in a way that is engaging, persuasive, and easy to act on.

  • Expert knowledge of tag managers (Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience in analyzing data trends and generating presentations and reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • A strong understanding of data end-use and the technical aspects of data collection to plan and implement analytics solutions.
  • Experience with automating data collection and reporting through cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake or Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience in driving data governance and reporting standards across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, math, or a similar field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with non-routine and very complex responsibilities, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A knack for data storytelling, with the ability to go beyond charts and dashboards to craft "so what" narratives that connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
