Manager, Customer & Digital Analytics

Edible Brands® was launched in 2022 to bring together powerful, purpose-led brands under one unified purpose: to enrich everyday life through celebration, nourishment, and wellness. Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 700+ locations worldwide.

Our portfolio spans Edible Arrangements®, the iconic gifting brand; Rōti ®, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant; edibles.com™, a trusted marketplace for low-dosage THC & CBD wellness products; and BerryDirect ®, our robust supply chain infrastructure. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way —a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.

The Big Picture

As Manager, Customer & Analytics, you will be the measurement and insights engine that powers our understanding of customers, campaigns, and digital performance across Edible Brands. You translate data into decisions— turning complex analyses into clear, compelling stories that drive action across lifecycle marketing, paid media, eCommerce, and personalization.

You own the analytical models, dashboards, and performance frameworks that give the organization visibility into what’s working, who our customers are, and where opportunity lies across our digital system.

This role is ideal for a rigorous analyst who is equally comfortable writing SQL and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Friday.

What that looks like day to day:

  • Customer Analytics & Modeling
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models, lifetime value (LTV) frameworks, and cohort analyses that inform lifecycle marketing, paid media, and eCommerce strategy—defining the analytical logic that underpins how we understand and target our customers.
  • Serve as the strategic Data & Analytics lead for Edible Brands and all of its owned and off- premise / 3rd party digital channels (examples include DoorDash, Uber Eats, ezCater , etc.)Identifybusiness opportunities through data and analytics through omnichannel experience (.com, app, third party, retail, etc.)
  • Own marketing attribution analysis, ensuring accurate measurement of channel performance from media spend through to revenue, and delivering clear ROI visibility to leadership across all brands.
  • Serve as the internal analytics liaison for media mix modeling (MMM), partnering with our external MMM agency to provide data inputs, validate model outputs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure analytical segmentation frameworks are accurately reflected in audience builds and activation systems.
  • Campaign & Performance Measurement
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting that give real-time visibility into customer behavior, promo performance, campaign performance, and marketing effectiveness
  • Conduct ad-hoc and proactive analyses that surface optimization opportunities across channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
  • Measure and report on the full-funnel performance of personalization efforts synthesizing A/B test results and experience data into actionable insights
  • Digital Analytics & Tracking
  • Own tracking and tagging for marketing analytics across Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure accurate measurement across web and app properties.
  • Own the analytical output from Adobe Analytics and GA4—building reports, interpreting data, and surfacing insights on site and app performance, conversion funnels, and the customer journey.
  • Identify gaps in digital measurement coverage and drive resolution
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Finance to corroborate marketing reporting against sales actuals, align on performance definitions, and support forecasting efforts that connect media and growth investments to business outcomes.
  • Partner with eCommerce teams to ensure digital analytics tracking supports product measurement needs and that marketing and product data are aligned across the customer journey—from acquisition through conversion.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering and marketing technology team to maintain alignment between analytical frameworks and infrastructure

What You Bring:

  • Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer analytics, digital analytics, or marketing analytics, ideally within a D2C eCommerce or multi-brand consumer environment.
  • Proven ability to build customer segmentation models, LTV frameworks, and cohort analyses that directly inform marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)—including implementation, tag management, data validation, and generating performance insights.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models and channel-level performance measurement beyond last-touch.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platform (CDP) data outputs as an analytics source—Segment experience preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and eCommerce teams to align analytics outputs with business reporting and organizational goals.
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills
  • SQL required; Python or R for analysis and modeling preferred.
  • Expert-level ownership of Adobe Analytics and GA4 (required)—including implementation, tag management, data validation, and reporting; familiarity with Dynamic Yield is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud data environments and working within shared data infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of paid media, lifecycle marketing, third party affiliates, and eCommerce and how they connect to the broader data ecosystem—particularly as they relate to measurement and attribution.

How You Work:

  • You are deeply curious about customer behavior and let that curiosity drive your analytical agenda.
  • You are rigorous in your methodology and hold yourself to a high bar for accuracy—you know the difference between a dashboard that looks right and one that is right.
  • You build strong relationships with non-technical stakeholders and are known for making data accessible and actionable.
  • You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level— contributing to direction one moment, pulling and cleaning data the next.
  • You collaborate naturally with technical counterparts and understand where your work ends and infrastructure work begins—you escalate data issues rather than working around them.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and adaptability is essential.
