Job description

Perma-Seal is looking for a hardworking Experienced Waterproofing Laborer to join our Tribe! This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside an experienced crew delivering best-in-class waterproofing and foundation repair solutions to homeowners across Chicagoland. What You'll Do:
  • Assist with installation of basement waterproofing systems (drain tile, sump pumps, crack repair)
  • Support foundation and structural repair projects (excavation, wall anchors, carbon fiber straps)
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Prepare job sites and ensure thorough cleanup upon completion
  • Communicate clearly with foremen, team members, and homeowners
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to deliver high-quality results
