We are looking to hire an experienced Oiler and Fueler to join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Support the direct supervisor and adhere to directions.
  • Communicate with supervisor and job site foreman to maintain high efficiency of fueling operations.
  • Travel to job sites and complete fuel, oil, and greasing operations on equipment and vehicles.
  • Complete daily DOT required information, truck inspections, and timecard.
  • Travel to various locations around the front range in fuel truck provided by HEI Civil.
  • Work during hours directed by HEI Civil to keep our fleet running daily.
  • Work independently or with fellow employees, contractors, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Works well independently and has a passion to learn.
  • Good organization skills and follow through.
  • Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
  • Disciplined, dependable, accountable, and punctual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of safe work practices.
  • Basic understanding of Caterpillar and construction equipment, principles, and procedures.
  • Valid and current Commercial Driver's License.
  • Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (Fueler required).

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Experience driving on and off-road commercial vehicles on construction sites a plus.
