Job description

B&C Diesel is a Truck Fleet /Automotive repair shop located in Sterling VA. Our 13,000 square foot facility repairs and maintains medium and heavy duty fleet repairs, Gas and Diesel. We service from general maintenance to engine overhauls. We are seeking hard working, qualified truck technicians with 2-10+ years experience. Also looking for new technicians coming into the field that are looking for technical training opportunities. Responsibilities include general truck maintenance, diagnostics, fuel system repairs, and various basic external truck repair to internal diesel engine repairs. We house all the major truck brands OEM diagnostics and have all the major tooling required to perform repairs.

Also seeking Full-time VA inspection/ DOT Inspector

** We offer Online and OEM course training to excel training. **


Mechanic/technician would be responsible for:

Preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
Troubleshooting and determining causes of operating problems
Making necessary repairs, modifications, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for gasoline and diesel fueled equipment and vehicles
Experience in diesel and gas engine diagnosis and repair
Must have working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Welding and fabrication skills would be a plus
CDL license is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment
Reliability and dependability are a must
