Pay: $25-$37/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on school buses
Complete preventive maintenance inspections to keep our fleet safe and road-ready
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems
Ensure all repairs meet DOT and safety standards
Work independently while staying connected with the team

$25-$37/hour based on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no nights!)

Beacon Mobility offers apaid ASE Certification Programwith quarterly bonuses.
Earn$35-$100 per quarter per certification, with total potential earnings up to$7,820 per year.
