Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Location: Rosemont, MN 55068 Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Rosemont, MN. If you have a passion for working with diesel engines and enjoy solving complex mechanical issues, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Repair and replace components such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in diesel mechanics is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
