*Hours are typically 7am – 4:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.*
_*Requirements (Qualifications)*_
* *Valid driver's license required.*
* *Minimum of 3–5 years of diesel mechanic experience required; experience with agricultural equipment and farm implements preferred.*
* *Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.*
* *Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and perform basic mathematical calculations.*
* *Candidates are expected to provide their own basic mechanic hand tools.*
* *Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.*
* *Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to appropriately triage and prioritize preventative maintenance and repair requests in a fast-paced environment.*
* *Proven ability to work independently while maintaining close communication and coordination with the Shop Director.*
* *Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing operational priorities.*
* *Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.*
* *Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive shop environment.*
