Job description

Fleet Fuel Driver:
Evergreen Fuell and Lube LLC is seeking a Fleet Fuel Driver responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of diesel fuel to our clients. You will operate a tanker truck to transport and deliver fuel to various locations, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, other duties may be assigned:
  • Safely operate a diesel tanker truck to transport and deliver fuel to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fuel according to customer specifications.
  • Inspect and maintain the fuel tanker truck, including pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding commercial driving and hazardous materials transportation.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any accidents or safety incidents promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term business.
  • Complete and submit accurate delivery documentation, trip sheets, fuel tickets and inspection reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries and vehicle mileage.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Class B CDL with hazardous materials endorsement & Medical Card
  • Strong safety record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
