We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Bugler Busser. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Bugler Busser assists the venue wait staff with clearing, cleaning and maintaining tables and venue environment in a timely and thorough manner. May also assists guests with drink and water refills, condiments, napkins and other requests. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash.
  • Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments to serving counters.
  • Carry trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to kitchen and dishwasher.
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
  • Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
  • Stocks all areas of the venue.
  • Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
  • Maintains all equipment.
  • Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
  • Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation
  • May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs.
  • Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.
  • Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by participating in department meetings, huddles and reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter.
  • Assists other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
