Job Title :  Google Customer Engagement Suite

Location :   Philadelphia-Remote

Duration : 6 Month +

Contract on w2

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hand on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights
  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration.
  • Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
  • Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
