About this Role

Kinetic is seeking a Strategic Field Account Executive II- Mid-Market to drive business growth within our local communities, with a strong focus on mid-market businesses and advanced connectivity solutions.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, delivering industry-leading fiber-based solutions, dedicated internet circuits (DIA), Ethernet, and advanced telecom services. What You'll Do
  • Prospect Engagement
    Actively identify, target, and engage mid-market business prospects daily to build pipeline and generate new revenue, leveraging both provided leads and independent prospecting efforts.
  • New Business Development
    Execute a proactive hunter sales strategy, including cold calling, networking, and territory mapping to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
  • Consultative Selling
    Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Presentation & Communication
    Deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI.
  • Relationship Management
    Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement.
  • Sales Performance
    Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas through strong pipeline management.
  • Territory Growth
    Manage a designated territory with a focus on mid-market account penetration, utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
