Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Integration Office within a federal CBRND program. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys supporting program execution, working with data, and helping leadership make informed decisions.

You’ll work closely with program leads, cost analysts, technical staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, track program progress, support cost-estimating activities, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams. The position will provide analytical and programmatic support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and associated cost-estimating activities, including work performed using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).


What You’ll Do

  • Support daily program operations by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Provide analytical and programmatic support for Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and other program cost-estimating activities
  • Assist with the development, review, organization, and maintenance of cost-estimating data, assumptions, inputs, and supporting documentation
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of ACEIT-based cost estimates and associated program documentation
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze program and cost data used to support cost estimates and program decision-making
  • Assist with reviewing cost estimates and supporting data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonableness
  • Prepare and update briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for leadership and customer engagements
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, analyses, and other tools used to monitor program and cost information
  • Coordinate meetings and working groups, including scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
  • Track action items and help ensure timely completion
  • Maintain program documentation, including trackers, status reports, cost-estimating documentation, and SharePoint content
  • Communicate program updates, risks, issues, and analytical findings to team members and stakeholders
  • Support coordination among program management, technical, financial, and cost-estimating teams to keep efforts aligned and information flowing
  • Assist with organizing and reviewing program documents, policies, guidance, and cost-estimating inputs
  • Help identify and improve processes for program tracking, data management, cost analysis, and team efficiency


Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2–5 years of experience in program analysis, program support, project coordination, cost analysis, financial analysis, or a related role
  • Experience working with program, financial, or cost data in a government or defense environment
  • Experience developing, organizing, analyzing, or validating data using Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with cost estimating, Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), or related program cost-analysis activities
  • Experience with ACEIT or other cost-estimating tools is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced government environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and other analytical products using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
