About the Opportunity:
A leading federal technology program is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to serve as the Salesforce DevOps and security authority for a highly regulated enterprise platform. This role will oversee Salesforce CI/CD, security governance, release management, compliance, and environment strategy across multiple development teams while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Salesforce DevOps CI/CD pipeline using Salesforce DX (SFDX), GitHub Actions, and source-driven deployments
- Administer sandbox environments, refresh cycles, seed data, and release workflows
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security configurations:
- Profiles

- Sharing Rules
