This position will be based onsite at patients’ homes, allowing for hands-on interaction and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and their families. • Assist the medical doctor in conducting detailed patient evaluations and assessments to determine healthcare needs, gathering vital information such as medical history and current conditions.

• Collaborate with the medical doctor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the patient.

• Perform essential medical procedures, including monitoring and recording vital signs, drawing blood for lab tests, and administering vaccinations and injections, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and comfort for patients.

• Maintain up-to-date patient records by documenting care provided, treatments administered, and ongoing evaluations, ensuring compliance with medical charting standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Engage in friendly, open communication with patients, providing them with detailed information regarding treatments and next steps to enhance their understanding and comfort.

• Monitor patient progress closely and report any signs of changes or concerns to the medical doctor promptly, advocating for the patient’s needs and well-being.

• Support the operational aspects of patient care, including coordinating appointments, managing office logistics to ensure a smooth patient flow, and maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.

• Uphold cleanliness and order within the office area, creating a soothing atmosphere that promotes comfort and trust among patients during their visits.
