UltraViolet Cyber is seeking an up & coming DevOps Engineer to in Lehi, UT. This exciting technical role will support major customer(s) container and automation environments, with a focus on collection, curation, and delivery processes. The candidate will be a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering exceptional results. This role will work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to drive positive outcomes for our business partners. 
 

CES is a subset of Cloud Operations focused on delivering tier0 services to Adobe Product, Engineering, and SRE teams.  CES provides Secrets Management, Privileged Access Control, and Host Monitoring solutions, as well as various support security-tooling support services.  We partner with Security Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Security Operations, and Security Architecture teams.

 
 
Work You'll Do:
  • Perform SRE roles including deployment, capacity management, observability, and performance tuning
  • Support our CI/CD solutions involving Terraform Enterprise and GitHub Enterprise
  • Support engineering teams who will be migrating from deprecated services, and onboarding to new platforms.
  • Write, review and deploy code in Python, GOLang, Terraform, among others as needed
  • Work with multiple teams to design, deploy, and support large-scale clustered software platforms in multiple datacenters and public clouds around the world 
  • Deliver highly secure and efficient solutions within comprehensive compliance regulations (including FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI, etc.) 
  • Integrate diverse technologies in multiple environments to provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting of performance and costs 
  • Work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint-based work with daily operational needs 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system outages or performance impact and communicate findings for ongoing improvement 
  • Work with third-party hardware and software vendors to recommend solutions and drive performance/cost efficiency
  • Help design and build AI-enabled solutions:  MCP Servers, chat assistants, agentic platforms
What You Have:
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident is Required
 
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux, including large scale OS deployment and automation 
  • Experience in public cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS preferred) 
  • Experience in operating secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault preferred) 
  • Experience operating privileged access tools (Teleport preferred) 
  • AI models and tooling (Claude Code, OpenAI CodEx, etc)
  • Experience using orchestration, automation and configuration management solutions (Jenkins/Terraform/SaltStack) 
  • Experience deploying a modern monitoring stack (Prometheus/Grafana preferred) 
  • Experience maintaining DNS infrastructure (bind preferred) 
  • Ability to recommend, design, build, and support complicated solutions at scale 
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and related technologies 
  • Knowledge of software version control systems and release management (Git preferred) 
  • Proficiency in operating and supporting cloud-based services using IaC (infrastructure as code, Terraform)
  • Proven experience as a systems administrator or service reliability engineer
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and source control mechanisms (GitHub)
  • Solid understanding of cryptography including x509 certificates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
