Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead to join our enterprise technology team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with proven experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and service operations. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, custom development capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using platform best practices Configure and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities Build custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, and approval processes Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Customize service processes including case management, escalation workflows, omnichannel routing, and knowledge management Support sales operations including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, and pipeline reporting Optimize system performance, security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management

Required Skills & Qualifications

·                     Min 8+ years of Salesforce development experience

·                     Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows

·                     Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development

·                     Strong knowledge of security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Experience with CI/CD, Git, Copado, or DevOps pipelines

Preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as:

·                     Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

·                     Salesforce Administrator

·                     Sales Cloud Consultant

·                     Service Cloud Consultant

·                     Experience in enterprise environments (banking, finance, telecom, or healthcare preferred)
