Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:  COBOL, DB2, VSAM, Batch, Reporting, Exposure of C#, VB.net

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle L2/L3 production support tickets and incidents
  • Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within SLAs
  • Execute standard operating procedures and runbooks
  • Support batch monitoring and job abends
  • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles
  • Incident management, communication and engagement with other Business and technical teams
  • DB2 data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to workforce management, time reporting, overtime equalization
