Job Overview:
Pay Range: $23.00hr - $28.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in a data center, manufacturing, industrial, or critical facilities environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS best practices.
  • Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and safety management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards.
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Knowledge of Electrical safety (NFPA 70E).
  • Knowledge of Hazard Communication (HazCom).
  • Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Knowledge of Emergency response and evacuation planning.

  • Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, training records, inspection reports, and incident logs.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness planning, evacuation drills, and business continuity exercises.
  • Participate in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments for maintenance and operational activities.
  • Monitor compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, electrical safety, hot work, and permit-required activities.
  • Inspect and maintain safety equipment including fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, first aid kits, and emergency response equipment.
  • Support environmental compliance programs, including hazardous waste management and chemical safety.
  • Collaborate with operations, facilities, security, and engineering teams to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Track safety metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
