Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a DevOps Lead to spearhead their efforts in Generative AI and RPA projects. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment, testing, and delivery for Gen AI and RPA projects.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance efficiency.
• Optimize containerization using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes to streamline deployment and management of microservices.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into their workflows, aligning operations with engineering needs.
• Manage and improve infrastructure security, implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies for business continuity and rapid recovery in case of failure.
• Drive performance improvements through analysis and automation of manual processes, making operations more efficient and scalable.
• Mentor and lead junior DevOps engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
• Extensive knowledge of Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for performance monitoring and alerting.
• Strong experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and firewall configurations to ensure the integrity and security of infrastructure.
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Ability to manage high-availability, fault-tolerant environments for mission-critical applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
