YOUR ROLE: Curam Developer

WORK YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a skilled Curam Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions using the Curam Social Program Management platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Curam applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Curam solutions based on business requirements.
  • Customize and configure the Curam framework to meet client specifications using Business Process Objects, User Interface Metadata (UIM), Universal Access (UA) Workflow, Interfaces, Batch, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Rulesets, Evidence, and Data Mapping
  • Collaborate with business analysts, tech leads, testers and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Curam products and integration components
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest Curam features and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • 2 years of exposure as a Curam Developer with a strong understanding of the Curam framework.

  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.

  • Experience with Curam development tools, including Curam Development Environment (CDE) and Rational Application Developer (RAD).

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

  • Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Curam Technical Certification.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Knowledge of social program management and government services.
