In this model, the candidate typically works on automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. C2C arrangements are common for independent consultants or staffing agency hires. These roles generally require strong expertise in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the DevOps C2C position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a DevOps C2C professional, you need a robust understanding of automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and scripting languages, typically supported by a degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Docker Certified Associate are highly valued.
