Join Batteries Plus in the Hermantown as our energetic Customer Service / Device Repair Technician either full-time OR part-time! If you're highly personable, love helping others and solving problems, this position might just be perfect for you!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE - DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
This entry-level position is full- or part-time and works a very flexible schedule between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM Mondays through Fridays, 8 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. Weekend availability is a must.
Every day, you warmly greet customers, ask questions, and listen to their needs. With your knowledge of our products, you offer personalized recommendations, provide help around the store, and solve any issues customers might have. Additionally, you repair devices when necessary and keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. Your role is important in creating a positive shopping experience for customers and increasing sales.
