Job description

We're hiring Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists to work with children ages 3-12 in our relationship-based Floortime Program at CBC Education.

This role focuses on:
Emotional regulation and engagement
Expanding communication through play
Building problem-solving and flexibility
Strengthening parent-child interaction
Supporting developmental milestones in natural settings

Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center, where you'll guide children through meaningful, child-led interactions - while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session.

We're looking for professionals who are observant, reflective, adaptable, and passionate about early development.
