In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be entrusted with:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions to devise and implement personalized treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Delivering specialized care to a diverse patient population, including those seeking orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a compassionate environment. Your interpersonal skills will be instrumental in encouraging patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a committed team to apply evidence-based practices and maximize patient outcomes. Regularly participate in case discussions and treatment planning sessions.
• Educating patients and their families about recovery processes, self-management techniques, and ongoing wellness strategies.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity targets and contributing to the clinic’s operational success.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients at various stages of recovery. Your clients may include active individuals recovering from sports injuries, children requiring developmental therapy, and elderly patients striving to maintain independence. Candidates for this role must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
