Are you a multi-talented communicator who can translate complex technical ideas into winning content under tight deadlines? We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to lead high-stakes pursuits and design compelling layouts in Adobe Creative Suite. If you are energized by combining sharp graphic instincts with persuasive copywriting, this is the perfect role for you.


What the position entails

  • Coordinates the development and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview materials, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, compelling, and submitted on time.
  • Collaborates with technical staff, project managers, and designers to gather, organize, and synthesize content for pursuit documents.
  • Drafts, edits, and reviews proposal narratives, resumes, project sheets, and supporting materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manages pursuit schedules, tracks deliverables, and facilitates internal meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Provides quality control for all pursuit deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, and final production for both digital and print submissions.
  • Maintains organized databases and records of pursuit activities and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related major
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills are a must.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant software, is a plus. 
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content, files, and project timelines
  • Experience in the A/E/C & CRE industry is preferred, but not required
