What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Run multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings.
  • Personalize messaging based on each prospectโ€™s needs and challenges.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and track all outreach activity.
  • Manage and improve the lead database - enrich, clean, segment, and optimize.
  • Evaluate lead quality using engagement data and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and share insights.
  • Take full ownership of pipeline quality and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, market trends, and modern sales tools.

Day-to-day

  • Prospect new accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and more.
  • Send a high volume of personalized emails, calls, and social messages.
  • Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers for smooth meeting handoffs.
  • Review weekly performance and suggest new experiments or improvements.

Requirements

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role (preferably B2B).
  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and the ability to thrive amid rapid change.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified meetings and initiating outbound conversations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong email writing and phone presence.
  • Comfortable with structured outreach cadences and objection handling.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and CRM management skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.io).
