Project Overview:

Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility — a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.”

Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead planning and scheduling efforts for project scopes or entire projects, providing strategic direction on schedule development, integration, and analysis. You will drive data-informed decision-making, support project execution strategies, and mentor junior planners while ensuring alignment with project controls standards and best practices. #LI-SM2

Major Responsibilities:

 Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent), ensuring alignment with project execution strategy and key milestones.Establish schedule structure, sequencing, and logic to support effective execution across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.Lead integration of discipline, subcontractor, and vendor schedules into a cohesive and aligned project schedule.Perform advanced schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation, float management, and productivity trend analysis.Lead schedule risk identification and perform impact and scenario analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and alternatives.Develop and recommend mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and execution adjustments to address schedule risks and performance issues.Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations based on schedule data, trends, and performance metrics to support project decision-making.Serve as a key interface with project management and stakeholders on schedule performance, risks, and forecasts.Prepare and deliver schedule reporting and presentations, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.Ensure adherence to project controls procedures, scheduling standards, and best practices; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners and support development of team capability.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10  years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
  • Industry experience, including Data Center, Semi-Conductor Fab, and Technology, preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience leading schedule development and analysis on complex EPC projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to perform and interpret critical path analysis, schedule impacts, and scenario evaluations.
  • Experience in integrating multi-discipline and subcontractor schedules.Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle, execution strategies, and project controls practices.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and influence project decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with project leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced planners is preferred.
  • Familiarity with schedule risk analysis concepts/tools (e.g., QSRA/PRA) is preferred.
