What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? You will support providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and limited non-A&AS support and expertise to assist the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC) component of Joint-Global Strike Operations Center (J-GSOC) forces at Barksdale AFB, LA, along with other areas/locations CONUS and OCONUS, including deployed locations. In this role, you will:

• Provide support to Joint Fires Elements for integrating SMAC planning with the Joint Targeting Process. 
• Assist with developing organizational relationships and ensuring interconnectivity and interoperability between SMAC processes and Army/Marine Corps standoff artillery and missile planning in support of integration planning
• Advise and assist Government personnel with Dynamic Targeting development, planning and execution as specified
• Provide on-site Army/Marine Corps SME support during operational and emergent planning
• Advise and assist the government personnel with deliberate and dynamic targeting development, planning, and execution
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Either a Bachelor’s Degree or ten (10) years of related military experience
• 5 years of relevant experience conducting long-range artillery and multiple launch rocket system operations, testing, training principles, concepts, directives, practices, tactics, and techniques
• 5 years of demonstrated relevant operational experience applying United States Army (USA) or United States Marine Corps (USMC) principles, concepts, directives, practices, analytical methods and techniques and consultative skill sufficient to resolve internal problems resistive to solution by typical processes and procedures
• Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessment and improvement of DoD long range artillery and multiple launch rocket system operations
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with the various command entities involved in overall planning and execution of joint targeting, planning and operations or experience as an Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) as a Major Combat Training Center
• Demonstrated experience at Divisional level and above with planning, organizing, and communicating effetely with senior leaders, analyst, and management to accept and assist with the implementation of recommendations and COAs, especially where such COAs involve substantial resources and require extensive changes established concepts and procedures
• Completion of the following: (a) A formal Army Field Artillery course; and (b) The USA Fires Center of Excellence or equivalent (i.e. FA WOAC, Joint Targeting School). 
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

The following experience is preferred:

• Real-world USA contingency planning/execution experience

Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Barksdale AFB, LA, address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
