OVERVIEW: The Newcoast Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the Newcoast Finance & Insurance brand, drive qualified business opportunities, and accelerate long-term company growth. This position develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support revenue growth across Newcoast's financing, insurance, and business development channels.
Working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and MarineMax Marketing, the Newcoast Brand Marketing Manager will position Newcoast as the premier recreational finance and insurance partner by creating compelling marketing campaigns, strengthening strategic partnership, supporting sales enablement, and delivering measurable business results.
KEY TASKS
Strategic Marketing
  • Develop and execute the annual Newcoast marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Build integrated marketing plans that support dealer acquisition, dealer retention, lender relationships, insurance growth, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content marketing, advertising, and industry events.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to strengthen Newcoast's market position.

Brand Management
  • Protect, strengthen, and evolve the Newcoast brand across every customer touchpoint.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across all marketing channels.
  • Champion brand positioning that reinforces Newcoast as the industry's trusted finance and insurance partner.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
  • Develop marketing programs that generate qualified dealer, lender, and insurance opportunities.
  • Manage CRM marketing, email automation, digital advertising, SEO, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.

Sales Enablement
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to create tools that drive business development.
  • Create presentations, sales collateral, videos, case studies, product materials, and competitive positioning tools.
  • Support recruitment initiatives, product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships & Events
  • Build collaborative relationships with dealer groups, OEMs, lenders, insurance carriers, and other strategic partners.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives that expand market reach and create mutual value.
  • Coordinate Newcoast's presence at industry conferences, dealer meetings, and customer events.

Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Establish and monitor key marketing and sales performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Present marketing and sales performance recommendations to Leadership Team.

Leadership & Operational Excellence
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure marketing supports overall business objectives.
  • Manage agency partners, creative resources, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, technology, automation, and operational efficiency.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Eight years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, marketing automation, SEO, paid media, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales organizations and business development initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
