  • Conduct meetings, virtual and in person, to create new opportunities to sell solutions
  • Follow up with Projects not won by the Contractor partner to determine who won the bid/RFP and "rewire" the project to work with Neu-Ion (as a subcontractor).
  • Work with the sales team and Estimator to complete project estimates and proposals
  • Work as a liaison to the Project Manager to help facilitate project start-ups after the PO is received, successful for turnovers
  • Follow up on awarded bids to determine the winning contractor
  • Build and nurture key contact/COI relationships tied to assigned customer verticals, including achieving KPIs for key contact meetings (documented in CRM)
  • Attend company events and trade shows related to assigned customer verticals, acting as a Neu-Ion ambassador
  • Gain knowledge of the market, including key competitors
  • Maintain personal scorecard and review related KPIs for 1-on-1s with Sales Leader
