Kohler's Early Talent internship programs are designed to providemeaningful, hands-on experience that drives real business impact. Over thecourse of a 10-12-week internship, interns are immersed in thebusiness-contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gainingvaluable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentionallearning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences aredesigned to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-timeopportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.
Program Overview
TheFinance Internship Program is an opportunity for early-career finance talent tostep into the business and contribute to meaningful work from day one. Internsare placed close to the work that matters-helping teams understand performance,analyze trends, evaluate tradeoffs, and tell the story behind the numbers inways that support better business decisions.
Overthe course of the experience, interns gain hands-on exposure to Kohler'sfinance organization while building technical skills, business acumen, andleadership confidence. The experience is intentionally designed to feel like apreview of the Finance Leadership Development Program: interns take ownershipof real projects, connect with leaders and peers, and explore how financepartners across the business to create impact.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare financial reporting, analysis, and project work that helps leaders understand business performance and make informed decisions.
  • Partner with finance and business teams to analyze trends, identify insights, and translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Support business cases, investment analysis, process improvement, or strategic projects that contribute to Kohler's priorities.
  • Build technical finance capability through hands-on experience with tools, data, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strengthen business acumen by learning how finance connects to operations, commercial priorities, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Present project outcomes and recommendations to finance leaders and stakeholders.
  • Engage in internship programming, mentorship, networking, and cohort experiences that support personal and professional growth.

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an AACSB-accredited university preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship
