Job Developer
Full Time, Flexible Schedule (with weekends)
KenCrest Services is looking for a Job Developer who will be dedicated to helping the people we serve attain community-based employment. Whether it's networking with local employers, discovering a person's interests & skills or helping them to create resumes and portfolios, job developers work closely with the job seeker and their team to help them find jobs they will love.
As a Job Developer, you will assist youth and adults who need support to attain employment by developing relationships with individuals served, identifying strengths and interests that can contribute to overall success, develop resumes, portfolios and other promotional tools, building positive professional relationships with community businesses and organizations, presentations to local service or Networking groups, and other duties as needed.
This is a mobile position (travel required) for designated regions in Berks, Western Montgomery & Chester Counties.
Qualifications:
  • Valid and Current driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (required) *Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence*
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Skilled with smart technology
  • ACRE Certification (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators), preferred
