We are looking for a passionate design leader who is eager to contribute to our mission of creating spaces that enrich the human experience.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Landscape Architect Project Manager, you will take a leadership role in the design and delivery of diverse public and private sector projects-ranging from parks and streetscapes to urban design and community master planning. You will manage project teams, foster client relationships, and mentor emerging professionals in a collaborative, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture projects from concept through construction documentation and implementation.
- Develop, coordinate, and review design plans, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client goals and firm standards.
- Facilitate public engagement activities such as stakeholder meetings, workshops, and open houses.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, architects, and environmental specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Serve as a client liaison, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for new and continuing work.
- Guide and mentor junior landscape architects and design staff, fostering growth through design reviews, technical guidance, and career development.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard specifications, design details, and best practices for the Landscape Architecture group.
- Participate in occasional client outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Landscape Architect in SC (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 6+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture, including project management and client interaction.
- Strong design sensibility, technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and supporting team members.
