You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination, and follow-up of strategic projects from concept through to final delivery. You will lead the development of feasibility studies and preliminary project designs, aligning closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with defined objectives and priorities.

As a key driver of project success, you will oversee the seamless execution of initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will proactively manage risks, timelines, and resources, maintaining clear communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.

Regular reporting to senior leadership, including monthly presentations to steering committees and project sponsors (such as C-level executives), is an integral part of the role. Your ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration will be essential to ensuring alignment and delivering lasting value to the organization.


What you’ll do

1. Project Delivery

  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure in line with internal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery across all project phases.

2. Project Control

  • Track progress against baseline schedules, cost forecasts, and quality benchmarks.
  • Implement corrective actions where necessary to meet performance targets and safety standards.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, technical requirements, and contractual obligations through transparent communication and timely issue resolution.

4. Communication

  • Prepare and deliver structured updates to project sponsors and C-level executives via regular steerco meetings.
  • Ensure transparent and data-driven reporting to support informed decision-making.

5. Quality and Risk Management

  • Ensure that all technical deliverables meet internal and external quality standards.
  • Oversee implementation of safety protocols, conduct regular compliance checks, and act promptly to mitigate quality or safety risks.

6. Resource Management

  • Forecast, plan, and allocate human and financial resources to ensure optimal utilization across project activities.
  • Anticipate resource gaps, escalate needs where necessary, and ensure alignment with project priorities and timelines.
