Responsibilities:
Required Skills:

- Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, PI planning, retrospectives).
- Create and manage project plans, sprint cycles, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Develop and track budgets, actuals, and ETCs in Clarity and Excel.
- Maintain and facilitate Azure DevOps Boards (Sprints, Kanban, dashboards, reports).
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and stakeholders.
- Deliver concise project status reports to leadership.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and manage through resolution.
Required Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (SAFe or CSM)
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master with experience in Waterfall and Agile delivery
- Experience managing multiple Scrum and Kanban teams using Azure DevOps Boards
- Strong application development and software package implementation background
- Strong financial management and reporting experience using Clarity and Excel
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Mural Boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Data and Analytics environments (MDM, platform strategy, architecture)
- Familiarity with CA PPM Clarity, ServiceNow, Confluence
