Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite- In-Person Interview Preferred)
Duration : Long term
Employment Type: W2 contract.

We seek a DevOps Engineer/Architect with deep production support experience to design, automate, and maintain our cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability for critical trading and data platforms. You’ll bridge development and operations, focusing on incident resolution, monitoring, and system reliability in a fast-paced, commodity-trading environment.

DevOps & Infrastructure:

  • Architect and manage AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) for rapid, secure deployments.

  • Containerize applications (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS) and optimize orchestration.

  • Implement observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) for real-time monitoring.

Production Support:

  • Lead incident management for production outages, ensuring SLAs/SLOs are met.

  • Troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, networking, and database (SQL/NoSQL) issues.

  • Collaborate with trading, data science, and backend teams to resolve critical issues.

  • Develop runbooks, alerts, and self-healing systems to minimize downtime.

Security & Compliance:

  • Enforce security best practices (IAM, VPC, encryption, SOC2/ISO27001).

  • Automate compliance checks and audit logging.
